2018 COAA Fall Owners Leadership Conference
La Jolla, CA
Only a few seats left for COAA-GA
The COAA-GA Chapter is turning the tables and giving our vendors the opportunity to market their services and products directly to Owner decision makers!
At a reverse trade show, suppliers come to meet with buyers as opposed to the other way around. Owner organization representatives meet with staff of Associate Member firms who will have the opportunity to introduce themselves and explain what they can do to help Owners create more value.
This unique format will allow participants the opportunity to meet more people, make more contacts, and generate more business opportunities all in one afternoon.

It is no secret, just because a project is small is size, scope or capital expenditure does not mean that it will be simple to execute. Often these projects take an extra amount of effort, planning and resources to implement. Our team has been partnering on a Summer Program of Small Specialty projects for the past 7 years. During this extended period, we have learned many great things to repeat and some to certainly try and avoid at all costs. In this session, attendees will explore lessons learned over this period of time with the group.
